I am Officially Team Ninja Creami

Okay, I had been eyeing a Ninja Creami for probably a year or so and I finally got one for Christmas this year. I was eyeing all those recipes I saw on Insta and FB and felt like I needed daily, macro-friendly ice cream.

It took a little bit to figure out how to get the perfect texture every time, but I've got it down now. It's also been super fun playing with creating different flavors and mix in combos. It was especially fun adding Girl Scout cookies to different ice cream bases.

A few of my favorites so far:

Strawberry ice cream with Biscoff cookies mixed in

Chocolate ice cream (either alone or with mix-ins, you can't go wrong)

And pumpkin ice cream with Samoas mixed in
